"The Roycroft Campus:
as if Elbert Hubbard and the Roycrofters never left"

An early class: Starting to work on Sat. am, Nov.4, 2006 in the Copper Shop Gallery

Learn this simple method of creating a stencil on a screen. Students can select from supplied images or use their own image. The images will then be printed on either paper or fabric. A simple drawing or "found art" can be transformed into an original print, greeting card, quilt block etc. This class will cover one-color printing, but the basic method can be used for multicolor printing. Toward the end of the day I will show how this can be done.

All materials will be supplied, they are non-toxic and water base. The history of screen printing as well as arts and crafts design will be addressed. Printed instructions and a complete list of materials and sources will be provided.

The class tuition is $85 + $15 for supplies - $100 per student - this includes lunch across the street at the Roycroft Inn.
